About Roy's Retreat

Roy’s Retreat is an ecumenical centre promoting contemplative practice in the Christian mystical tradition. We are based in Willunga South Australia. We promote contemplative prayer and living through Retreats, Spiritual Direction and Classes in contemplative prayer. The Christian mystical tradition is being reclaimed in our age and has great riches to offer a world so spiritually poor. Both religious and lay people are coming alive to the contemplative dimension of the Christian tradition and we are pleased at Roy’s Retreat to play our small part in creating opportunities where people from any denomination can experience contemplative prayer. Indeed, any genuine spiritual seeker is welcome at the programs and activities offered through Roy’s Retreat.
